Reviews
Always takes the time to give the pet (and owner) the time it needs, and spricht englisch auch. Fantastich fur mich. Danke schon.
Great service. Their new corgi boy is adorable and as a very little Germany speaking person, it was amazing to be able to do everything and speak in English. Very reasonably priced, very helpful. Will be using again if we are ever back in Germany.
Ok
I would give more stars if it were possible. Dr. Kim is a kind and empathetic veterinarian who takes a lot of time for her patients, listens to them, and explains everything. My dog is very anxious, but the veterinarian, with her patience and friendly manner, managed to examine him. Her prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.
I've been seeing her for a few years now. First for Filouts, and now for Black Beauty. She's an empathetic, very direct, and open veterinarian. We've known each other for a long time, but we had a bit more of a chat during our last visit. She's a truly humane vet who isn't just focused on the money (she uses the lowest veterinary fee schedule, GOT 1, instead of many other vets using GOT 2/GOT 3). She's genuinely concerned with finding a solution that works for both the animal and the owner. The treatments are excellent, too. She explains everything very thoroughly, you can always ask questions, and she's happy to have a longer chat if she has time. She even called the evening after the spaying to check on Beauty. I'm really satisfied. You do have to be able to handle her direct manner, but otherwise, she's a fantastic vet. My beauty treatment is in good hands, and as an EU pensioner, it doesn't break the bank, unlike other doctors who seem only interested in the money and lack empathy for certain situations. Thank you, Ms. Kim :)
