Recently I had to transfer abroad, and to be able to bring my furry family (2 cats) we were required to provide a lot of documentation. Fortunately, I asked for guidance at clinic and they were so helpful and assisted us with all the formalities we needed! A plus for me is that they have people who speaks Spanish fluently, which made the communication easier!

Dr. Rabeling, DVM, helped us immediately over the weekend with our dog's watery diarrhea. We received a very warm welcome, and our concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. We felt truly understood, as our dog has been chronically ill since puppyhood. Urine samples are immediately analyzed and evaluated. Follow-up questions and communication with other veterinarians are handled promptly and reliably. We receive reliable and informative feedback on results via phone. If we seek further examination at another clinic, obtain nutritional advice outside of this practice, or obtain a second opinion from a specialized canine ENT specialist (for chronic ear infections), this is viewed very positively and thoughtfully by the practice. We will definitely remain with this practice and have been very satisfied for years. Appointments are very well coordinated, and the entire team is excellent! The practice is also very easy to reach by email. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and time! They think holistically, and the animal's well-being is their absolute priority!

My dog ​​Julie was a patient at Dr. Rabeling's practice for 11 years. I can highly recommend this practice. We always received excellent care and advice. Even her hospital stays were handled with great care, competence, and reliability. My sincere thanks go to Dr. Dengler and Dr. Kitzmann, who cared for us with such compassion and empathy, both before (!) and especially during her final, difficult hours. It was a true blessing!
