We are thrilled with this veterinarian's skills. ☺️ We first took our dog there in November because a tooth had broken and needed fixing. Unfortunately, they discovered another tooth that was also broken. In the end, we had to have three teeth extracted, but she's doing great now. The vet and her team are all incredibly friendly and highly competent; they take questions and concerns seriously. After both appointments, they always called the next day to check on our dog's well-being. ☺️ If we need anything again, we'll definitely be back. 💪🏻

Our 9-year-old Havanese tore his cruciate ligament. From diagnosis to the TPLO surgery, Dr. Nees and his team took excellent care of our beloved dog. The surgery went exceptionally well, and on the second day, the little guy was already able to put a little weight on his hind leg. Of course, as an owner, you're nervous and hope everything goes well. We highly recommend the clinic and the team and thank them most sincerely.

The entire team at this practice cared for them with impressive patience, empathy, and professionalism. Every question or concern, no matter how small – and there were many – was taken seriously and lovingly advised. Even when I was (admittedly) a little overanxious or pushy at times, I never felt like I was "too much." Every concern I had was met with understanding, and every question was answered with patience and expertise. We were particularly touched by how comfortable Pookie and Lilo felt at the practice – even though they are usually quite anxious. This demonstrates the calm, experience, and genuine understanding of animals that this team possesses. You can tell immediately: These are people with real hearts at work. Saying goodbye was very difficult for us – because we have unfortunately moved far away. It's truly not easy to find a new veterinary practice that even comes close to this level of care, compassion, and love for animals. Dear team, stay just the way you are – you are truly special. For many years, I've been a patient at the Bergstraße Veterinary Clinic with my two dogs, and I feel completely at ease there. My animals are always lovingly cared for and receive outstanding professional treatment. I particularly appreciate that, as their owner, I'm always given thorough and understandable explanations of all treatments. Nothing unnecessary is done – the animals' well-being is always the top priority, and you can tell that they work with both heart and expertise. Especially with my older dog, I've experienced firsthand in difficult situations and emergencies just how dedicated, empathetic, and professional the entire team is. In such moments, you feel not only medically but also personally well cared for. I've been a loyal and very satisfied patient for years and can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic.
