I’ve been taking my old dog here for a long time. They’ve been great with the beginnings of end-of-life care. I have nothing bad to say. I can usually come the same day with little notice, their prices are fair and the service is really good. All of the staff here appear to genuinely enjoy working here and they treat the clients well. I definitely don’t feel like I’m just some number and they take care of my dog.

My experience was the best. Polite people, on time, beautiful place. My cat felt really good afterwards.

The worst thing there is in a veterinary clinic, the dog was left in our hands due to an attack while we could have saved it, our dog since the last time we visited them became three times worse than it was and yesterday he cooled down and the worst thing is that we never found out what he had and what was tormenting him for almost two weeks. We visited them three times before it finally ended up in our hands. This was their help.

I booked our cat's vaccination appointment well in advance. The wait was long. Was it an emergency? We received no information about this, so we had no idea. Administering deworming medication and having his ears cleaned immediately afterward was problematic! The time allotted was solely for the vaccination. My impression was that they just wanted to get the vaccination done quickly and leave as fast as possible. Okay, it's an animal, but taking a little time, especially considering the prices, would be really nice! Perhaps they should consider this or accept fewer appointments within a single time slot!
