Staff and Doctors speaks English, all are very approachable and happy. The first time I visit I do not have appointment but they let me in and looked at my dog and they were not in a hurry even though it is already off hours. I am very satisfied with their service.

The staff is very kind,helpful and very friendly since my Deutsch language is not very good We managed to understand each other in English The Doctor that visited my dog 🐕 She was so nice and definitely very patient in every little detail Already from the entrance l felt comfortable and my dog was very calm I think we have found the right place Thank you so much❤💯 Fair prices for the excellent service 👏 👍

I usually take my rabbits to a very knowledgeable veterinarian in Weinheim. However, if I can't get an appointment there (due to the vet's illness or vacation), I can always be seen at the Reiter practice at short notice, and I always feel very well cared for there. The prices are also absolutely fair. I'm very happy there!

Even children's fears about their companions are alleviated. Thank goodness the two annoying cats are doing well again. Treatment costs are okay. And... We'll be back.
