We've been taking our miniature poodle to this veterinary practice for six months now. We, and more importantly, our little one, feel very well cared for there. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, and the advice is excellent. We highly recommend Dr. Kühnapfel's practice.

We've always taken our dogs to Dr. Münch for eye care. He's incredibly skilled and compassionate, and quickly establishes a calm rapport with his patients. His priority is the animals' well-being, not the company's bottom line. We've never had any unpleasant surprises regarding the price.

Hi, we were able to bring our rather anxious cat in last night for a check-up because of a problem. It was our first time here and we were thrilled. The vet was very friendly from the start and completely put our minds at ease. Even our Molly was very relaxed and let herself be examined. If our cats ever need anything, we'll definitely book an appointment here again. The photo shows Molly after the examination; she's completely relaxed.

Unfortunately, my experience at the emergency veterinary clinic was very disappointing. My cat was only in the clinic for about 10 minutes. They briefly looked at her paw and superficially cleaned it. They didn't do anything at all to her abdominal wound. I was told that the injuries weren't serious and that I should see my regular vet the next day. I explicitly stated that no pain medication or further treatment was necessary since no acute care was required. Despite this, my cat was given an injection without any clear medical explanation. After the visit, my cat vomited, which worried me even more. The subsequent bill came to almost €300. For a visit of about 10 minutes without any real treatment, I find this amount unreasonable and simply outrageous. Especially in emergency services, I expect transparency, good communication, and respectful treatment of both the animal and its owner. Unfortunately, I was left with a very negative impression. I expect transparency, good communication, and respectful treatment of both the animal and its owner, particularly in emergency situations. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
