They speak English on the phone and on-site. They don’t give you appointments for a specific time, and you can visit without an appointment. Depending on your schedule it can be very great or very time consuming 🙂 I’d always choose waiting for half an hour there instead of waiting for days to get an appointment somewhere else perfect place for emergency matters

The vets here really care about their patients. Sometimes waiting times are a bit long but this simply shows how much time they take for each individual case.

UPDATE: I went back again a few days ago and the service was as friendly and professional as before if not better!! Recommend!! ….. Post from 2019: I like this place because it has great openings hours; late and every day of the week! The staff are also friendly and helpful with most of them speaking English which for me is very important as I’m not great atm.

they didn't explain me anything during the process of extracting my cat's teeth. it was agreed that only one tooth will be extracted, but when i got back my cat, they extracted 5 teeth without telling me. unprofessional, uncaring and unempathetic people, I'll never go back there and I don't recommend anyone.

Very nice staff and super professional with my cat! I would highly recommend it to expats
