I recently had an unfortunate experience at a veterinary clinic, primarily due to the professionalism and effectiveness of the vet in charge. Her methods seemed outdated, leaving me with serious doubts about her knowledge and capabilities. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and understanding towards my concerns, and her responses were vague and unhelpful, failing to provide any real solutions or comfort.

The doctor is so nice and caring. I got an appointment for same day. I want there to vaccinate my cat and get‘s his passport. My cat gets nervous and angry when we go to the clinic but the doctor handle that situation very well. I’m really thankful. Passport costs 25€ and 30€ for vaccination. Which is fair.

If you truly care about your pets, I'd advise against taking them to this place. I took my cat there because of a persistent cough, and after several visits, the antibiotics prescribed had no effect. Despite the ongoing issue, the vet didn't recommend any additional diagnostics like blood tests or x-rays to get to the root of the problem. It was a clear display of unprofessionalism and, frankly, felt heartless. I definitely do not recommend their services. Do not go there.

If you want a reliable Tierartz, stay away from here. We made an appointment at 16:30,just on time to run and pick my cat after work, the vet never showed up. I called around 8 times, no one answered, even the emergency contact,so good luck if you ever need her on a short notice! I had to take my cat there and stress her for nothing, I even had to take the evening off work for this appointment and look after my cat, to just than being stood out in the cold, by this joke of a vetenarian. AVOID, Professionalism level minus 0 She insisted that the appointment was at 14:30,which I would have never said yes to, since I was at work, and even so, if someone is late, won't you call them? Very unorganized and unprofessional. They will never see me again

Don’t ever consider this a vet to ur pet, the cat of my friend almost didn’t survive an operation they did in this Praxis, very very BAD!!!
