i am updating my review , from 5 stars to less than 1 star ,they are friendly ,,, yes , are they doing their job well ,,, NO, being friendly is not enough , but you have to be professional with what you are dong , especially if the profession that requires emotional attention. which is less than 0 there , they are very careless , my story ended up today with this Veterinary Clinic today , i have an appointment which was arranged it before 11 days and i took unpaid vacation day from my work for it , my dog need to have Surgery to remove a tumour that may be cancerous ,i went today to the appointment but the lady there told me that they are trying to call me TODAY to cancel the appointment because the Vet. didn't show up as she is feeling not well , HELLO my dog not feeling well too and if you want to cancel the appointment they must do that 2 or 3 days before not at the same day , they are really careless ,,, just safe your time and money and do not go there if you love your pet .

Super friendly and sweet staff, me and my Husband are very happy to have found them and are grateful to Dr. Meeuw and her team for taking such great care of our cat. They gave him enough time to adjust to the clinic before chipping and vaccinating him, the doctor was experienced and helped us answer many questions that we had as new cat parents. 100% recommended.

The ladies of this praxis are super super nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about dealing with pets. My partner and I brought our 3 month old Westie today and she was treated with so much love and care. Highly recommended and very much foreigner friendly as well.

Had a great experience. Called and they said I can come immediately to get my cat checked, did not leave me waiting long once I arrived and were super nice and made the entire experience very comfortable for both me and my kitty. Thank you very much.
