Reviews
The best Vet I met in Berlin. Nice with pets, excellent in diagnosis, and super supportive with Pets owners in difficult time. I trust him absotlutely and am lucky he is following my fluffy family team up
Very friendly vet, short waiting time.
Ok 😃
I would like to share my personal experiences with Mr. Jan Holz. On the positive side, I would like to emphasize his friendly manner with pet owners. Unfortunately, however, my experience with the treatment of my dog was predominantly negative. What initially bothered me was that I could only pay in cash – even for larger amounts. Furthermore, I never received an invoice despite the treatments. He also wanted to administer pain medication to my dog for an extended period. After obtaining several other veterinary opinions, I was unanimously told that, in their view, this medication was unnecessary. This significantly undermined my confidence in his treatment. During one appointment, Mr. Holz cut one of my dog's already very short claws without prior consultation. He shortened it so much that it bled, causing my dog pain. I found an examination particularly unpleasant, during which Mr. Holz attempted to diagnose a supposed misalignment of a toe or claw. In my opinion, he pressed so hard on the joint that my dog yelped. This suspected diagnosis was also later not confirmed by other veterinarians. Overall, I personally got the impression that financial interests play a significant role for Mr. Holz. This impression arose, among other things, from what I considered unnecessary medications, diagnoses that were not confirmed by other veterinarians, and the requirement for cash payments only. Furthermore, I felt his handling of my dog was too rough, and the treatment costs were comparatively high. However, if you need an appointment for a vaccination quickly, Mr. Holz's practice is a good option. This is my personal experience and the reason why I will not be using this practice again in the future.
Highly recommended! 🌟 We were absolutely thrilled. One quick phone call and we were able to bring our little Fritzi in for her vaccination right away – super easy, friendly, and professional. You immediately feel well cared for and can tell how much love and care goes into their work. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Please note: Please bring cash, as card payments are not accepted.
