We are very satisfied with our vet, Dr. Adam. Our kitten Archie had been sick for several weeks, with no diagnosis in sight... We went to BerlinVets, and we finally found out what he was suffering from: he had FIP (feline coronavirus, which can be fatal...). Dr. Adam and his team took very good care of Archie, they are highly competent and empathetic! Our cat is now in great shape, thank you 🙏🏻

Mixed feelings. I had an emergency with my pup and felt like the team was quite warm. They were also flexible if not somewhat annoyed that I had to handle payment the next day, but all sorted. Second time I called in with a follow up and concern I immediately felt like warmth fade and whomever I was speaking with was brusk and cold. Sounding annoyed at why I would even call and ask. Where I'm from, that would never happen - the care and empathy would remain consistent throughout. I wouldn't come back for that reason. But that's just me

The veterinarian is competent, the staff is friendly, and the service is high quality. However, the prices are ridiculous — you’ll pay double for everything! After my visit, I found another clinic with more experience that will perform the treatment for my cat at almost half the price.
