Reviews
Great doctors and staff! Like many other reviews here everyone on the team is very friendly, professional, and compassionate. My cat is aggressive and tough to handle, but they accommodate this situation with a lot of empathy, and treat him successfully. They were also very kind with my lack of German skills. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!
Amazing doctors! My old cat had a small tumor surgery. We checked the issue before and tried to avoid the surgery for our 13 old cat. As this was already inevitable, the appointment was done , everything was made on time, with great attention and without any issues. I am just very grateful! They are really good at what they are doing. Thank you!
Do not reccomand! They do not care about the animal, it more about the money. I was calling to set an appointment, I was told they have no appointments so I should arrive from around 10:00 the next day. When I arrived I waited almost 1 hour to talk to the receptionist, gave her all the info but when she realized Im a new client she told me they do not expect new patients. The receptionist was also rude! and did not care we came especially (30 min ride) and waited another hour.
I came here for the first time with my two cats for their annual vaccinations, and the whole experience was wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating to both you and your furry ones, and they all speak excellent English. The entire visit, including waiting time, took no more than 30 minutes.
This is my favorite vet. They speak English, are super friendly and helpful, and they never suggest anything anything expensive or unnecessary!
