My dog has been treated about 12 times now. She's 13.5 years old and has arthritis in her hind leg (hip), but it's not fully developed yet. If she were doing worse, I'm sure I would have noticed after almost a year. Unlike at the vet, she seems to be enjoying herself. So we can go on our Baltic Sea vacation again this year. Giving her treats during treatment can only do her good. Thanks, Franzi, especially on behalf of Happy.

We went to see Franzi today for an initial consultation. Our dog is 4 years old and has arthritis in his back and tail. From the very first moment, we felt we were in good hands. Franzi was very sensitive with our sensitive dog and explained each step of the process, giving us lots of helpful tips along the way. And as predicted, the patient is now completely recovered.

My absolute heartfelt recommendation! My little furry friend and I feel completely at ease and receive expert advice here. Sabrina has a very pleasant and calm manner and handles my dog with great love and care. The exercises are explained clearly, so we can confidently practice them at home to bring his muscles back into balance. The treatment itself is a great mix of active and passive techniques, which my dog clearly enjoys. Thank you so much, Sabrina & Franzi! 🐕💕😊

In 2024, I took my small rescue dog, who only has three legs and is therefore under considerable physical strain, to the veterinary practice. Due to his history, he is very sensitive around strangers, something I had communicated beforehand. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review, but I wanted to share my experience because I see many very positive reviews here. The first appointment was with the practice owner, and a later, short-notice appointment was with a staff member. During the first appointment, my dog was diagnosed with a grade 2 patellar luxation, and I was told that this could be treated effectively with physiotherapy and muscle strengthening, and that surgery would likely not be necessary. The second appointment, which took place just a few days later, was an acute situation, as my dog had suddenly become unable to put weight on his leg. During the treatment, he consistently displayed strong signs of pain and stress (persistent growling and resistance), the likes of which I had never seen from him before. In my opinion, these signs were not taken seriously enough; instead, the work continued on the affected leg. At a vet appointment the following day, it turned out that my pet had a torn ligament that required surgery. I found the comment that he was "making a fuss" particularly irritating, as well as the lack of response to my cancellation of a previously scheduled follow-up appointment, in which I had informed him of the diagnosis and the necessary surgery. Furthermore, after the initial appointment, I received a request for a review, even though no actual treatment had yet taken place, which I personally felt was premature. I understand that every treatment is individual, but I would have appreciated a more cautious and sensitive approach, as well as a more reserved assessment, especially during an acute pain situation. For these reasons, I subsequently continued physiotherapy at a different practice.
