Very nice and helpful staff! We came in during a semi-emergency without an appointment when they were fully booked, but they still found time for us. My dog's eye is much better now. Taci (my boy) always feels comfortable there and is excited every time we visit.
I’m beyond grateful for the amazing team at Kleintierpraxis 4 Paws & Co. who recently operated on my cat Lilly’s umbilical hernia. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Lilly, who has a very lively personality and believes in meowing her opinions at full volume, was treated with so much kindness and patience by the entire team. Despite her vocal protests, the doctor handled her with such care and calm that I instantly knew she was in good hands. The surgery went smoothly, and the aftercare has been outstanding. My husband and I were especially touched when we received a follow-up email the very next day, checking in to see how Lilly was doing. That personal touch meant a lot and showed just how much they truly care about their patients. Thanks to Kleintierpraxis 4 Paws & Co., Lilly is back to ruling the household with her usual sass and energy—and we couldn’t be more thankful. They have always treated our Dog Otto with the best possible care, we’ve been taking him there for over a year and are very happy, the doctors are super kind.
The owner of the practice appears to care more about money than my cat. We were recommended a completely unnecessary procedure that damaged my cats mouth and now my cat needs another expensive procedure to fix. We were not warned about potential side effect (which after googling, was totally expected). My cat is suffering greatly and completely unnecessarily. I would love to believe this was just incompetence but more likely explanation would be that getting more money out of us for another procedure requiring very expensive anesthesia (which constitutes majority of the cost of any surgery) to fix the issue caused by the first one. NOT OK!
Dr Hatting and all nurses speak English and they are very patient and professional. They explain everything clearly and put the well being of the animals in front of everything.
