THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AT ALL!!! PLEACE DON'T GO THERE! I was there with my cat on friday, he has problems with stomach. The doctor and the nurse were nice. Gave the cat some antibiotic in pills, new, expensive food and asked me to come back on monday for more cans, if the cat would accept it. I payed for the visit and all seemed to be ok BUT... Unfortunatelly, the treatment didnt work good, so when i came back after the weekend for more cans of the food i wanted to ask the doctor if all is fine and i should wait longer, still giving my cat the pills etc. This time however, all was totally different. I didnt have an appointment (but on friday nobody told me to make any!!!), the nurse was really rude, i had to wait 30 minutes in front of the gate, she didnt let me speak with the doctor, because... it wan another doctor, not this one who was on friday! SO NOBODY KNEW ANYTHING about my little cat, noone had any information about his treatment, and it was just 3 days before!!! They only bringed ne (after 30 minutes!) more cans of this expensive food and told me to pay and leave. It was clear - WHEN U PAY FOR THE VISIT, NOBODY CARES OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH YOUR PET AFTER. Just pay and go, even if the treatment isnt work. I WILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER, AND I HOPE BETTER DOCTOR.
Very friendly, give big care of the pet❤️ remember each profile as if you are their only customer. Speaks English and German so language is not a problem at all. I can’t recommend more. The best vet and stuff in the area
My dog Kenzo of 10 years who came with me from New Zealand to Berlin, Germany was given a few days to a couple of weeks to live by this vet. I was told she had a tumor and that the cancer had spread, and the best option was to put her to sleep. Now I will tell you why, I am on social welfare here at the moment and am not flush with a lot of money, and the policy of this vet is to see an animal dead rather than do what is possible to protect its life. I am totally discusted in this vet and can only hope my review stops anyone else from ever going to them. I went to a real vet for a second opinion with which this vet above did not appreciate when asking for my dogs xrays back, stating they were hers and wanted them back despite me paying 40 euros for it. The real vet who does the job for the animals and not the money operated on my dog within a few days and now my very sick dog is home, single tumor removed and is on her way back to her normal self. All I can advice others is go to any other vet but this one as it is the money that drives them and not the love of your pets.
The kindness, patience, understanding and care this praxis offers is unmatched. We had to come in last minute in an emergency that kept everyone later at the praxis: no bad faces, no rushing. They explained everything, clarified in English, we were given space and time to make our decisions. The way the doctor and nurse treated our dog: professionally and with love and kindness amidst a chaotic situation was reassuring. Many can get a professional title, but the human touch is priceless when it comes to dealing with your beloved pet and that was evident here. Very grateful and happy to recommend ❣️
Our cats send their heartfelt thanks for the loving care. All four male cats and one female cat were neutered and received excellent care. One of the male cats also had a tooth extracted under anesthesia. The costs were reasonable. Dr. Bulik is a veterinarian who cares for animals, not for personal gain.
