They take a lot of care while treating animals, including guinea pigs. Staff is really nice and helpful, you can go without appointments but the queue may be long. I definitely recommend.

The service is really good. On time and a lot of equipment for all your pet needs. I find the doctors themselves not really nice though. They were not smiling or acting kindly when I had questions and was anxious about my cat's health.

Dr Olaf is the best veterinarian we ever took out dog in Berlin to. Him and the other doctor speak perfect English, as well as some of the staff. The entire team is super thoughtful, kind and friendly. We feel very lucky to have the clinic in our neighborhood!

I had an accident with my dog twice. I went and got fast appointment. The staff and the doctor could speak in English or they try to help me in English. Super confident feels good.

We went to vaccinate our 3-month-old kitten, and both Dr Olaf and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We left with the vaccination, microchip and European passport in no time. They treated our kitten so well and did it so quickly that he was hardly scared at all. We were surprised that our kitten was so calm in their hands. Dr Olaf attended to us directly in perfect English, which made the whole process very easy for us. We will definitely always take our kitten to this vet.
