Yesterday, as a non-patient, I had to contact Dr. Laube after 8 p.m. due to an emergency with my dog. I received a very warm welcome and helpful advice over the phone. When I arrived, my concerns were taken seriously, and my dog ​​underwent a thorough examination. Dr. Laube informed me that he unfortunately had to charge an emergency surcharge. For me, this is perfectly reasonable outside of regular office hours. After all, every employee receives Sunday and holiday pay as well as a night shift bonus. So why should a veterinarian and his assistant work at the regular rate after hours? I am happy and grateful to have a contact person in Salzgitter in case of an emergency. So thank you very much! 💐

My wife and I are very grateful to Dr. Laube. He referred us to the veterinary clinic in Braunschweig for a complete diagnosis. This saved our cat's life. He answered all our questions thoroughly, and we could call him immediately, even at night, if our cat's condition worsened. That's why I can't understand some of the negative comments. Often, these are subjective. Even a general practitioner doesn't have all diagnostic equipment in their practice and refers patients to the specialist who does. Our cat needed an echocardiogram. The heart wasn't visible on the X-ray due to fluid buildup. At the veterinary clinic, the heart was thoroughly examined. The referral there was perfectly appropriate. Further treatment will take place at Dr. Laube's practice.
