Good day, I took my dog ​​to Dr. Lau's practice because of severe tartar buildup, bad breath, and two exposed teeth that I felt required treatment. Unfortunately, the tartar wasn't removed thoroughly, and the affected teeth weren't addressed. Further diagnostic procedures, such as X-rays, were also not performed. Since my dog's condition didn't improve, we sought treatment at another clinic. There, it was discovered that a total of eight teeth were severely damaged or even rotten, and there was significant inflammation in her mouth. These teeth ultimately had to be extracted. According to the treating clinic, this condition should have been detected during the previous examination. For this reason, we cannot recommend this practice, especially if you care about your pet's health. In addition, I have personally heard of several cases where rabbits reportedly died after receiving RHD1/RHD2 vaccinations at this practice, which further concerns me. Sincerely,

I unexpectedly ended up there with a sick chicken and was delighted by the uncomplicated and competent service. A real country veterinary practice. It's wonderful that places like this still exist!

We are very satisfied with Dr. Lau. We have been taking our animals to him for checkups for several years. His good advice and help for our four-legged family members are invaluable. Dr. Lau is very sensitive and empathetic, which further enhances our interactions. It's a shame there aren't more veterinarians like him.
