We have experienced an execpted situation in that vet and it made me decide to write down here some thoughts and feedback. One of our babies was sick and we brought her here for a blood test. No information until we called them 2 weeks later and they just said that our cat had a virus and she would live with this virus forever!!! What do you feel when you hear such a news? The doctor did not give us more information about which kinda virus and just mentioned that we should take her back for some more injections BUT when we tried to call her many times to ask for more detailed information because we have another cat and we do not know how dangerous of this virus is, she seemed like disappear! One time (only one time) we could reach to her via phone, she said she was busy and would call back but no call later!!!! it has happened for 3 weeks already and 5 weeks since our cat had the blood test and we are still not able to reach to her. As a mother, I feel outraged!!! This is not the service we want! we pay money for our cats' health care not for this disappointing feeling!!!

The euthanasia of my pet was carried out with great sensitivity. I am also grateful that I was given plenty of time to say goodbye afterward. I would take my animals to this practice anytime ❤️

I took my cat there because he was barely breathing. She sent us home, saying she couldn't find anything wrong and that he was fine, but he died that same night. On top of that, she's incredibly unfriendly and comes across as incompetent and arrogant. Definitely not recommended.

Treated as an emergency case today. Our mixed-breed dog was in severe pain when urinating. Diagnosis: severe bladder infection. An X-ray was taken to rule out urinary stones. He received three injections and medication to take home. Now he can already urinate without pain. Absolutely fantastic!
