I am very satisfied with Ms. Müller and her team. I had an emergency with my horse, which was terrified of veterinarians. Someone came immediately and treated my horse. My horse needed stitches! Today, you can't see the scar anymore, and during the third treatment, she let the vet work on her without any fuss. That means a lot to me!

One star is already too much for this vet's incompetence. She gave my beloved cat the wrong diagnosis, ignored the symptoms and warning signs, and downplayed everything. They just wanted to treat a wound and charge me, saying they could investigate the other problems later. They also disregarded her severe underweight, saying it could wait. When my cat's condition worsened, I called the vet in the middle of the night, and her husband told me she wasn't home, and that was that. It seemed more like they simply didn't feel like helping at 4 a.m., and where would anyone even be at that hour? I would have preferred to be sent to a clinic in Sarstedt with a dying cat. I then went to another vet who, unlike Ms. Müller, immediately recognized the problem and took appropriate action. He said that Ms. Müller's behavior in sending the cat home was negligent. Well, because of this great mistake by Ms. Müller, my cat lost a lot of time and now her life. Thanks for nothing and applause for this amazing ignorance. They trusted her and her statements because she's a doctor. It's a disgrace for a doctor to overlook something that other colleagues have already said should have been obvious! That was the last time I'll be going to that practice.

We are brand new to this veterinary practice and came on a recommendation. Our Oskar kept having gastrointestinal problems, and no one had really investigated him properly. Dr. Müller was the first to immediately take blood and X-rays. Finally, someone who acknowledged our fears and concerns, because until then, no one had even thought to take his blood. And even when the results weren't ideal, she immediately investigated further and ordered additional tests. This showed me that here is someone who truly cares about the animal's well-being. We feel comfortable at the practice. The team, and Dr. Müller in particular, are always kind and friendly, even to our Oskar. The practice rooms are modern, bright, and welcoming.
