Super Doc
Unfortunately, Mr. Lindemann's wonderful practice has turned into a disaster. The new veterinarian is completely incompetent, made a wrong diagnosis, seemed to have no idea what she was doing, and then referred me to an animal hospital in Sarstedt that could help. Thank goodness I decided against it and took my pet to a different clinic, where his life was saved. The result was a complete misdiagnosis by Dr. Müller! Never again!!!
A very nice, inviting practice, bright and welcoming. The veterinarian, Dr. Müller, is also very friendly and competent. She gently cleaned my tortoise Mohrle's eyes and gave us tips for treatment. We followed her advice and at first, there was no improvement. But suddenly, she opened one eye, then the other, and then ate well. She's now fully recovered and as lively as ever. Many thanks, Dr. Müller, and if we need anything again, we will definitely come back to your practice. Highly recommended.
I wanted to have my cat spayed. Now, it turns out that a preliminary examination is required first. That's new to me. The examination costs almost 30 euros. Then, a few days later, comes the spaying procedure itself, which costs 200 euros. And afterwards, they want to remove the stitches. Which is extra stress for the animal. I've had several cats spayed before, but they all received self-dissolving stitches. To me, this is a rip-off. After many years, I'm leaving this practice.
I took my cat to the veterinary practice and was absolutely delighted. Both Ms. Riedl and the entire team are incredibly kind and empathetic. They do everything they can to help the animal heal – even though, sadly, it wasn't enough in our case. I especially want to commend Ms. Riedl for offering to let my cat pass away peacefully in her own home when the end was near. She even came by after closing time to help my Püppi. Even during this difficult time, her compassionate nature was a great comfort to me. I am so grateful to the practice for their wonderful care.
