I do not recommend this clinic to others at all because you may have to say goodbye to your pet! We recently took our cat to this clinic for sterilization surgery and it was one of the scariest hours of our lives after the surgery. I bought special clothes for my cat for after the surgery, but in the clinic, my cat was dressed in 4 smaller sizes, and when we protested, they said that it was appropriate. Of course, 24 Euros was added to the invoice for the clothes, but when we got home, my cat He did not make the slightest movement and his whole body was frozen. The clothes were so tight that my cat could not breathe. I took the clothes off and 5 minutes later my pet was shaking its arms and legs! I am sorry for this clinic and its medical staff that could have caused the death of our beloved cat. I hope that in the future, they will hire a more professional team due to the huge sums they receive for the services.

We've now taken our cat to the Hungerbühler Animal Health Center twice for emergency treatment. We can definitely recommend this veterinary clinic. We felt well cared for from the start; everyone was very helpful, friendly, and empathetic. Of course, as an emergency case, we had to wait a bit longer, but it was all within reason. The prices were also reasonable; there were no exorbitant costs. Our cat received a thorough examination and excellent care. Thank you again!

I find it outrageous how the maximum fee rate 3 of the new fee schedule is always applied as a matter of course. We needed an ultrasound of the heart, which cost around €300, and then we had the abdominal organs briefly checked at the same time, adding another €200. We had to shell out a total of €525. Who isn't familiar with this incredibly complex examination that only rocket scientists can perform? In my opinion, the animal health center charges an exorbitant amount for the ultrasound because they are the only ones in the immediate area who offer it.

Yesterday, I took my cat to the veterinary practice for the first time for an ultrasound. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful! Everyone is extremely gentle and caring with their patients, and Dr. Hungerbühler, who performed the examination, explained everything to me in detail during the scan. We also discussed possible treatment options, taking the upcoming weekend into account. It was a completely comfortable appointment, and my cat remained calm and relaxed. The only downside is the stairs at the entrance, but a lovely staff member helped me with my walker and carrier bag, so I was able to manage them.
