We went to the emergency vet late in the evening of October 3rd, 2021. I didn't know the vet and had never heard of him before. Despite the late hour and the fact that we had to get them out of bed, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent treatment, diagnosis, and empathy. I am incredibly grateful for the help. The vet has no idea how to handle fearful dogs. My little one is afraid of the vet and was trembling, which is normal for him. But then to demand a muzzle at the first bark and shy away, even though he's not doing anything, shows me how "competent" this "veterinarian" is. I'm never going there again and I wouldn't advise any owner whose dog barks to do so either. They're immediately portrayed as vicious and aggressive!

The entire team has been fantastic for over 20 years. Dr. Lauenstein is a very loving person and has a wonderful way with animals. Her father was also always committed to animal welfare and perhaps, with his direct expertise (specialized animal knowledge), told some pet owners things they didn't want to hear. He even rescued my dog ​​once. I feel my dogs are in excellent hands there.
