Our first contact with this small animal practice was unfortunately for the euthanasia of our 17-year-old cat, who suffered from kidney disease and had deteriorated rapidly towards the end. Even the initial phone call was very friendly and compassionate, and in the waiting area, we were seated separately due to the circumstances. The euthanasia itself was also performed with great empathy. Everything was explained to us in detail. After our cat passed away, a window was slightly opened to allow her spirit to escape. We were able to take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our cat. The practice even contacted Rosengarten for us, as we had requested. Everyone at the practice is truly wonderful, and I would take my animals there again in the future without hesitation. You simply feel well cared for there.

Excellent veterinarians; I always received very good advice. Special examinations like transthoracic echocardiography are also available. Life-threatening illnesses such as severe pancreatitis were immediately and correctly diagnosed and assessed, and we were reliably referred to university hospitals when necessary. Preventive and follow-up examinations are always carried out very reliably. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly and dedicated and have often given helpful advice regarding Bitzi's sensitive stomach and atopic dermatitis. We are very satisfied. Five stars aren't even enough. Every member of staff is empathetic, friendly, and absolutely competent. Our dog is usually quite afraid of the vet—but not here. Our cats have never been better cared for. The practice is clean, bright, and spacious. From beginning to end, you can feel the staff's love for animals, and that's immediately contagious for both pet and owner. A huge thank you to the entire practice team!
