I was in the practice that day to order medication for my 12-year-old Yorkie, as my veterinary practice was closed for vacation. The ladies in the reception area were super nice, and I received a lot of good advice, as my dog ​​suffers from chronic pancreatic insufficiency, and the receptionist told me about her cat, who unfortunately has the same symptoms. I have only good things to say about the receptionist. Thank you for the helpful advice from the receptionist.

The only veterinary practice I've encountered in my time as a cat owner with effective time management – ​​meaning waiting times have always been well under 10 minutes, whereas before I was used to waiting over an hour. The vet was incredibly friendly, competent, and treated my cat without any time pressure – it couldn't be better! Therefore, a heartfelt 5 stars!

Competent help for my guinea pig during the emergency veterinary service on Sunday, when no one in Braunschweig was available, had switched shifts, or wasn't answering the phone. Here, a very clear diagnosis was made using ultrasound, so that the sick animal was already feeling significantly better the next day thanks to the medication. Many thanks to Eva, says Lulu!!

My dog ​​Willi had his teeth cleaned. I would like to thank the practice team for the kind treatment and care. I will gladly come back again.
