I am incredibly grateful to this exceptional veterinarian and his team. On a Sunday, when there was no official emergency service, he didn't hesitate for a second and essentially saved my dog's life. Despite the urgency and the serious diagnosis (uterine infection), he acted immediately and performed the surgery with the utmost professionalism, calm, and care. I felt at all times that not only professional competence but also genuine compassion and a strong sense of responsibility were paramount. My dog ​​was in the very best hands, and I was informed honestly, clearly, and sensitively. Such dedication is anything but a given. I've only recently started seeing Dr. Steinhofer because of a move. I've been there a few times already, as my old cat was suffering from kidney failure. This morning, she almost collapsed at home, and even though it was early, I was able to come in, and my cat didn't have to suffer anymore. I've already experienced something similar with my other cat at a different vet, and it was awful. But today, I felt so well cared for. Everything was calm and relaxed. I even received a little poem. I would come back anytime. And thank you ❤️ for the care you've given me over the past few months and this morning ❤️

I would even give negative stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I took my dog ​​here because she was poisoned. My dog ​​was given some kind of "antidote" that didn't work and was the wrong thing to do. Then I was told to come back the next day for a heart check. If I hadn't gone straight to the emergency clinic in Braunschweig afterward, my dog ​​would have died. They just want to rip you off and don't even know what they're doing. What kind of work is simply unacceptable!

Our little Havanese girl needed to see the vet unexpectedly. Even though we weren't regular customers, they let us in the same day. We felt very well cared for, so we'll always go to this veterinary practice now 😊

A truly wonderful and friendly team, always flexible, helpful, very kind, and competent. Our cats are still always happy when we leave the building, but that's just their nature. We had a significant problem with one of our three cats early on, and the vet handled it brilliantly. We feel comfortable and well cared for here. It's great to know that we didn't have to search for long before finding this practice. We can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice.
