A truly wonderful and friendly team, always flexible, helpful, very kind, and competent. Our cats are still always happy when we leave the building, but that's just their nature. We had a significant problem with one of our three cats early on, and the vet handled it brilliantly. We feel comfortable and well cared for here. It's great to know that we didn't have to search for long before finding this practice. We can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice.

I've only recently started seeing Dr. Steinhofer because of a move. I've been there a few times already, as my old cat was suffering from kidney failure. This morning, she almost collapsed at home, and even though it was early, I was able to come in, and my cat didn't have to suffer anymore. I've already experienced something similar with my other cat at a different vet, and it was awful. But today, I felt so well cared for. Everything was calm and relaxed. I even received a little poem. I would come back anytime. And thank you ❤️ for the care you've given me over the past few months and this morning ❤️

We had to go to the emergency vet today at short notice to see Mr. Steinhofer. He is an incredibly kind, competent, and empathetic doctor! My Staffordshire Terrier is terrified of the vet. He approached her without any prejudice and gave her all the time she needed, despite her serious diagnosis. He had to perform emergency surgery, and everything went so well! I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful emergency vet! Thank you, Mr. Steinhofer, you do a fantastic job!

I am incredibly grateful to this exceptional veterinarian and his team. On a Sunday, when there was no official emergency service, he didn't hesitate for a second and essentially saved my dog's life. Despite the urgency and the serious diagnosis (uterine infection), he acted immediately and performed the surgery with the utmost professionalism, calm, and care. I felt at all times that not only professional competence but also genuine compassion and a strong sense of responsibility were paramount. My dog ​​was in the very best hands, and I was informed honestly, clearly, and sensitively. Such dedication is anything but a given.
