I have never been served so punctually before, without any waiting time. Very professional and considerate in the treatment of my injured cat. I would use them again anytime.

Not recommended as an emergency vet clinic!!! The first thing they said was €150 cash only, and when we mentioned we had health insurance, they said: THEN IT WILL BE EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE... Great animal welfare, it's all about the money. Just so you know, our cat is now in Braunschweig after our vet visit today; his bladder is full and about to burst, and he probably even has blood poisoning. Thanks for nothing... as long as the money's right...

Our 20-year-old cat received such loving care from Dr. Koch, even though he was only an emergency patient. He is on the mend. Thank you so much.

My visit to the emergency veterinary clinic at this practice was unfortunately a complete disappointment. Although I was perfectly willing to pay the €50 emergency fee, the clinic was in a catastrophically unhygienic state. The examination table was covered in dirt and pet hair, which made it really uncomfortable for me to put my kitten on it. Despite my specific concerns about possible worms or parasites, no thorough examination was performed – they simply applied a spot-on treatment. There was no palpation, no check of the eyes, ears, breathing, or temperature – nothing at all. The final bill came to €161.50, but instead of a proper, itemized invoice, I received only a sticky note with the amount and the clinic's stamp. Card payment wasn't possible – I had to get cash first, and when I returned, they made me stand outside for 10 minutes until, after ringing the bell again, I finally picked up the phone and called to be acknowledged. She would have preferred to keep me waiting even longer, as she was currently treating another patient, even though I was there with a small kitten. I also find the extremely unusual opening hours (8:00–9:30 a.m. and 3:00–4:30 p.m.) particularly strange, which makes me even more suspicious. Unfortunately, it gives the impression that things aren't entirely transparent here – and I have a bad feeling that some of the income might not be accounted for correctly. I would like to emphasize that I have pet insurance for my cats and am always prepared to pay for their health – even at the slightest sign of illness. But this experience was unacceptable to me. I will definitely not be recommending this practice.

I don't usually write reviews, but today it's absolutely necessary. This was my first time at the practice! I've had dogs for over 23 years and, accordingly, have quite a few experiences with veterinarians! Ms. Koch is a very competent and empathetic veterinarian. My dogs immediately showed how comfortable they felt—no barking, no fear, they felt right at home. This meant both of them could be treated smoothly and without stress. Ms. Koch has a great understanding of dogs and immediately senses how they think. I've never experienced anything like it—not just a gentle touch, but a heartfelt connection. Moreover, competent and professional treatment. We'll be back! Thank you so much!
