A super friendly and competent family-run veterinarian. You can tell they love animals and always give excellent advice. The prices are also very reasonable. All in all, top-notch and highly recommended if you want a good vet for your furry friend.

We are absolutely thrilled and so glad we switched veterinarians. Our first impression was entirely positive. The vet is incredibly gentle and calm with the dogs and takes plenty of time, even when there are other patients waiting in the waiting room. You never feel rushed. We especially appreciated that the team not only lovingly cares for the animals but also explains everything clearly to the owners, answers questions thoroughly, and calmly puts you at ease. You feel taken seriously, in good hands, and well-advised. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fair. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice and are so happy we made the switch.

During my recent visit to this veterinary practice with my dog, I encountered what I consider an unacceptable billing procedure. The invoice included an item for a "general examination." After carefully reviewing the invoice and the services actually provided, I found that no such general examination was demonstrably performed on my dog. Neither the typical examination steps nor any corresponding check-ups were carried out that would justify this item. Since I was billed for a service that was in no way—not even remotely—provided, I deducted this amount from the total bill and paid the remaining, correct amount. I explicitly withheld the item in question, as it is unacceptable to charge for services that were not performed. This practice raises serious questions for me regarding the transparency and integrity of the billing. Especially in the sensitive field of veterinary medicine, I expect accurate, comprehensible, and honest billing. Unfortunately, this trust was betrayed. Since I was billed for a service that was not provided in any way—not even remotely—I deducted this amount from the total bill and paid the remaining, correct amount. For this reason, I cannot recommend this practice in any way!

They refused to help with my colic, very disappointing. I would have expected better, given their reputation for being there for the animals 24/7, 365 days a year.
