We came last year with our female beagle. She was experiencing pain we couldn't identify, but we suspected a slipped disc. However, due to the emergency service at another practice, we hadn't suspected it. But after blood tests and an ultrasound were normal, and we presented the x-ray from the emergency room, the case was almost certain. The next day, we went straight to surgery to repair the slipped disc. And we can only say THANK YOU. The surgery went perfectly; our dog is moving normally again (she still has a slight limp now and then, but she's coping well with it). She's no longer in pain and is enjoying her life as a dog. We felt in excellent hands. Dr. Alt explained everything very objectively and calmly and also addressed the risks. We find her to be a very personable and kind person, and the team is simply fantastic. She was so kind to us and our dog that we decided to change vets completely and stay with this practice! :)

Excellent veterinary practice. Very well equipped. We had an emergency and were able to come in immediately without any waiting. The treatment costs were comparable to other local veterinarians. Highly recommended.

This practice has saved the life of one of my dogs more than once with its quick and matter-of-fact actions. My entire family with a total of 7 dogs and a cat have been in the practice for years and can't fault the practice for a bad hair. Super friendly and competent doctors and employees. We are immediately taken seriously and we are listened to at length.

Our little cat Moppel had essentially broken his right middle finger. We received excellent care and explanations from Dr. Güttler; she took a tremendous amount of time, and the telephone communication was also very good! Ultimately, Moppel is now walking beautifully on all four paws again. We can wholeheartedly recommend the small animal specialists at Waller See because their diagnostics are simply spot on!

Dr. Ludwig is a very friendly and competent veterinarian. The whole team is excellent. My two dogs and our cat are in very good hands at the practice. 😘
