We feel very well and competently cared for at this practice! We completely agree with all the other positive reviews! So far, we've been there for the following issues: allergies, ear infections, diarrhea, nasal and soft palate surgery, and cystitis. We have complete trust in the practice team! Our dog, Adam, also loves the entire team. ❤️ We're always greeted warmly, and Adam gets lots of cuddles. In fact, nothing could be better for Adam than a visit to this veterinary practice—his favorite destination. 🐾

Great practice and a very nice team! We've already had to bring in injured pigeons twice that we found at our nursery. No one felt responsible, but we were able to bring the animals to the practice, and the veterinarian put them down at her own expense! And the staff member was very compassionate during the handover. Thank you so much for that!

A few months ago, I moved from the village to Braunschweig with my 12-year-old, originally anxious dog, a mixed breed from the animal shelter. She's now been on Librela for a long time since undergoing surgery for a tumor on her mammary glands, an underactive thyroid, an undefined abnormality in a heart valve, and arthritis, for which she was given Librela. Two small tumors reappeared at the beginning of the year. These tumors are no longer being operated on due to her overall condition. However, thanks to the administration of Melosus and Tarantula, they have shrunk from pea-sized to pinhead size. She's undergoing regular treatment with our trusted, not necessarily inexpensive, but very kind and competent veterinarian from the countryside. A lot of things have been going wrong for me recently. I've had a severe bout of acne inversa, which means I can only walk with pain, and I've already endured several surgical procedures, and my car urgently needed to be taken to the repair shop. Then I noticed that the Melosus was nearing its end. I wasn't aware that it was a prescription drug. This practice was the closest one found on Maps. I walked the 1.3 km without my dog, in pain, in addition to my regular walks, for fear it would be too stressful for her, as she's still a bit vulnerable as a former country dog with a high anxiety level. At around 5:15 p.m., I found myself standing in front of a locked door, which was then briefly opened by a lady who was prepared to fob me off. I was quickly informed that it was a prescription drug and that I would have to take my dog to the emergency room. There was zero interest in my plight, just as there was no interest in why I needed this medication for my dog. Even an over-the-counter painkiller wasn't offered. Here, empathy and humanity are nothing more than a product you can buy.

We take our two Shi Tzus there and are truly delighted. Great advice, a very friendly team. It should be known that everything has become more expensive. But anyone who has a pet needs to set aside some money. They offer prompt appointments, and our two sweethearts feel at home. Thank you, dear team, on behalf of Teddy and Balu, and of course, us 🥰
