Nothing but excellent things to say about Tierarztpraxis Kastanienallee. I don't speak very good German and they were extremely kind and accommodating explaining everything in English. They were so friendly and professional, as well as knowledgable. We needed to get vaccines for our cats to immigrate back to Canada and they knew exactly which forms we needed and where to go to get it certified and even went so far as to call the official's office for me to confirm they were open during Corona. Very impressed all round.

All three veterinarians and their staff are very approachable and always friendly. It's a great practice with a calm atmosphere. When there are acute problems, they rearrange their routine and take great care of both patient and owner. With clear and understandable explanations and plenty of time, they also help alleviate any anxieties you may have. Thank you for your understanding, even on busy days.

We normally go to a different veterinary practice, but unfortunately, we had to see Ms. Hesse for emergency service and have our dog euthanized. We felt very well cared for and afterwards received not only the euthanasia certificate but also a handwritten card from the practice team in the mail. Thank you for your kind support!
