Dr. Schlenker is dedicated, competent, and exceptionally friendly. The same goes for the other staff members at the practice, as far as I've had the pleasure of meeting them. Our cats are very happy there. ;-)

Actually, it's a great veterinary practice. However, we wanted to buy a tick collar today and were told over the phone that it wasn't possible because we hadn't been to the practice in over a year. It's possible, but we don't think it's particularly helpful. What a shame!

I have no idea why some people complain about the high prices, but it's an animal after all, and if you're worried about the price, then you shouldn't get a pet. The vet is a specialist, and the staff are very nice. So what more could you want? Thank you for the examination.

I've been taking my own dogs, various foster dogs, and my cats to this practice for many years – primarily to see Ms. Buchta – and I'm consistently delighted. The medical quality is outstanding, and what I particularly appreciate is the loving, patient, and empathetic way the animals are treated. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly the top priority here. I feel completely at ease and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for the wonderful work!

Unfortunately, we didn't see Dr. Schlenker, but a colleague. We absolutely cannot understand the many positive reviews. The reception by the veterinarian and the subsequent treatment were simply awful! The veterinarian showed zero interest in the previous treatment and made it clear to us that further treatment for such an old animal wouldn't really be worthwhile. We were speechless. Afterwards, however, she still wanted to perform all sorts of treatments, including X-rays, ultrasound, etc., and sell us all kinds of medications. There was very little concern for our pet's well-being. Definitely not recommended!!!
