Kleintierpraxis Dr. Sven Garrels

Our 15-year-old Thai cat stopped eating and, despite preventative checkups with another veterinarian, was losing weight rapidly. Dr. Garrels took a thorough look at her mouth and discovered the cause of her illness: her teeth. After extensive dental work, our beloved Taya is back to her old self and eating like she did when she was young. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Garrels and his very friendly team.

Today I learned about the 2G rule introduced at Dr. Garrels' practice. This means that our animals, after years of loyalty, are no longer patients, as we explicitly oppose discrimination.

Zero stars! Simply inhumane and extremely expensive. A disastrous veterinarian who is neither kind to people nor animals. He has hardly any sensitivity towards creatures, large or small. I wouldn't even go there for a nail trim! Absolutely awful! You leave with more damage than you came with.

Simply perfect. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Dr. Garrels and his team were warm and welcoming from the very beginning, as if we'd known each other forever. As a result, not only are we always relaxed, but so is our dog, who shows no fear and has complete trust.
