We were allowed to drop in spontaneously due to an emergency, even though we were actually at a different vet (who was closed) – and we were treated incredibly kindly. We felt very well cared for! Thank you to the whole team!

My dog ​​has a chronic anal fistula and isn't a big fan of veterinarians. Dr. Lahr and her team handled Rocko wonderfully and always provided excellent advice and support regarding his illness and various concerns. Thank you so much!

Imagine entrusting your most precious possession, a beloved family member, to a team for many years. That's exactly what we experienced with our Labrador, Jack, at the small animal practice of Dr. Sylvia Lahr for over 13 years. Whether it was nail trimming, deworming, vaccinations, or the treatment of more serious conditions like a festering wound on his face, cracked claws, severe arthritis, or follicular inflammation in his eye, the team always handled everything with great expertise, dedication, and warmth. And even though quite a few things accumulated over the years, our Jack looked forward to every single visit. Perhaps because he sensed that he would always receive help there and felt better afterward. We are also particularly grateful for your support during an exceptional situation: When we had an emergency in the middle of nowhere in Sweden, you were immediately available by phone and gave us clear, quick, and effective instructions. This help was invaluable. Even Jack's final journey, brought on by his serious illness, was accompanied by you with such dignity, respect, and empathy that it made our painful farewell a little easier. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the entire team for the years of loving care, compassion, and professionalism. You not only helped Jack but also always supported us as his owners.
