Reviews
I was really impressed with how our two rather anxious cats were handled when they came in for vaccinations and blood work. They were spoken to calmly, and our questions were answered very kindly. Five stars for the staff (including the trainee) who helped hold the cats. However, I wasn't so happy that when we went for the second appointment for dental x-rays, the cats were simply taken away. At our usual vet, we're allowed to stay until they're under anesthesia. But I was so taken aback that I didn't even ask if we could stay that long. Even when we picked them up, there was no discussion with the vet about what had been done or if there had been any problems. We only received the bill at reception, and I then asked if the individual items meant that a certain number of teeth had been extracted per cat. I would have appreciated a brief discussion after the treatment about what had been done and being able to see the x-rays.
We came to this veterinary practice several years ago on the recommendation of Linda Z. We gladly accept the slightly longer drive. Everyone is friendly and patient. I also feel that they give honest advice. Waiting times have never been long! The parking situation isn't ideal, but you can always park on the surrounding streets if necessary.
I've been taking my Labrador to this vet for a while now. Today was another appointment. But today I was especially impressed. 😁 Dr. Sejdiu was incredibly wonderful and competent; I've rarely experienced such a pleasant and friendly veterinarian. If I could, I'd give more than five stars! 😃😃 A huge thank you! 🤗🤗🤗
Very friendly staff, excellent value for money. The vet was very gentle with my dog and patiently answered all our questions. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for an appointment. First, there was an examination, and then another appointment for the surgery two weeks later. However, it wasn't anything serious.
In my greatest hour of need, I was taken in there with my little poodle. The head veterinarian did an outstanding job with the surgery (cancer). She also solved a problem (IBD) that my little one had been struggling with for four years, a problem that all the other vets and animal hospitals had been unable to help. I am truly grateful to be a patient at this practice. A huge thank you to everyone! (the whole team) also from my little poodle, Mira. 🥰 I am also grateful for the prices. It's one of the very few practices that are still humane and affordable.
