We arrived as an absolute emergency without an appointment with our cat, who had been diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction. The entire team reacted immediately, reassured us, and performed the necessary surgery quickly and professionally. Thanks to the excellent aftercare, our 14-year-old cat made a fantastic recovery. We felt well cared for at all times, receiving great attention, patience, and expertise. A huge thank you to the veterinarian and the entire team! 😊 We highly recommend this practice!

I'm extremely satisfied and happily take my anxious little dog there. I use the appointment booking service through Petleo, and everything works perfectly. The staff and veterinarians are very friendly and accommodating, they take their time with their patients, and most importantly, they take the concerns that owners sometimes have seriously. The practice is very modern.

I only visited the practice once… My 17-year-old cat was completely lethargic on Saturday… she wouldn't eat or drink anything. I called three different practices before I finally got through to someone. Here, a very friendly woman answered the phone. After I explained the situation, she very compassionately told me I could come in right away. The practice is lovely, clean, and equipped for all needs. The veterinary assistant was very caring and gentle with my cat, Deleila. The vet gently explained to us that the only option left was to have her euthanized. I had my six-year-old son with me, and they gave me plenty of time and space to explain it to him and prepare us. Everyone was very friendly and compassionate. Five days later (today), a small sympathy card arrived, signed by all the staff. And this, even though we aren't even clients of the practice. I was very surprised and touched. I would like to sincerely thank all of you! You're doing a wonderful job! Thank you!

My visit to Dr. Theise's small animal practice was back in June. I was there for two days – the first time on a Friday evening, shortly before closing time, and the second time on a Sunday during the emergency room – because my rabbit Fridolin was very ill. Despite the late hour, I was greeted warmly each time and immediately cared for lovingly and competently. Unfortunately, Fridolin could only be put down, but I felt in good hands the entire time. The entire team was incredibly empathetic, took plenty of time, and gave me the opportunity to say goodbye in peace. A few days later, I even received a loving sympathy card – a gesture that touched me deeply. Even though it wasn't a happy ending, I felt I received excellent humane and professional care. If I ever have another pet again, I would come back without hesitation. A practice with heart that I can wholeheartedly recommend. ❤️🐰
