A fantastic, modern practice. Very friendly staff and doctors... yes, the treatments are more expensive than in other practices I've been to, but you know that beforehand if you do a quick Google search... and if the practice has enough staff because they're paid accordingly, then it's fine. They really cater to the animals' needs. There's a separate waiting room for cats and also for dogs. That definitely reduces stress for the animals...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A week ago, I took my Golden Retriever, Teddy, to the veterinary practice for the first time and immediately felt very comfortable. The entire team was friendly, calm, and empathetic. I was particularly impressed by how relaxed Teddy was during the appointment. He even lay down in the waiting area and accepted treats – which isn't always the case with him. The examination was thorough, and all my questions were answered clearly. I feel very well cared for there with Teddy and I'm already looking forward to the next appointment. My other dog, Yva, will be joining me then.
My visit to Dr. Theise was a very positive experience all around. Due to an emergency, I was able to get an appointment for my cat at very short notice, for which I am very grateful. We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the practice. We especially appreciated the many thoughtful touches, such as the calming cat towels, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The examination itself went exceptionally well. My cat was treated with great care, patience, and attention. Despite his significant pain, he was visibly comfortable and well cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the entire practice team for the prompt assistance, the loving care, and this thoroughly positive experience for both human and animal. Highly recommended! 🐾💙
