Although they initially gave a competent, albeit somewhat brusque, impression, we unfortunately had a negative experience with this practice. Second opinions from other veterinarians were unwelcome, and objections were met with outright insults – at least that was our impression. In our opinion, sometimes it's better to trust your gut feeling rather than relying on assurances from veterinarians. In our situation, it would likely have saved lives if we had sought treatment at a different practice or clinic, and some procedures could have been performed more quickly. Given so many questionable decisions, we ultimately decided to leave this practice.

We've taken our dog to Dr. Jordan several times now. She has always taken wonderful care of him and acts entirely in the animal's best interest. She is an absolutely competent veterinarian who loves her profession and is honest. The value for money is unbeatable. My husband and I highly recommend this veterinarian to everyone. Even when we had an emergency with our dog, she acted quickly. Our dog also feels very comfortable with her. If there were more than five stars, we would give even more.

I've never heard of a veterinary practice that doesn't carry Elizabethan collars. Unbelievable! The recommendation was to fill a gauze tube with cotton wool and make one myself. What utter nonsense, as it turns out. Sure, he can't scratch his eye with it, but he can still rub it against objects. He's obviously never tried that. He probably didn't even sell me any pain medication, not because it would be counterproductive, NO. It's probably just because he doesn't even have any in his own place. The fact that there was no one in the waiting room should have been a warning sign. I wonder where these positive reviews come from. I'd give him zero stars. Oh, and my dog ​​is in pain and got medication for it last time during the same incident at a proper vet. Thanks to him, I had another sleepless night.
