I've never experienced a veterinary practice like this before. The vet was incredibly unfriendly and clearly lacked experience and the desire to deal with difficult cats. The examination of my cat was a disaster. This vet was aggressive towards my cat instead of calming him down. She suggested it could be anything from a stroke to a tooth infection. She claimed she could only examine the animal under general anesthesia. She didn't make a diagnosis, and we left empty-handed. The fact is, this woman has absolutely no feel for animals! Never again. I cannot recommend this practice at all!!! €115 for nothing!!! Thank you for your reply! I want to clarify that I didn't want my cat treated without anesthesia. After witnessing the behavior of the vet on duty, I stopped the examination. I would advise you to be honest! This vet may be suitable for horses and large animals, but not for cats. She has absolutely no empathy!

Our cat, diagnosed by the vet as having an infection and fever and treated with liquid food and an injection, died of old age three days later! But when we, who had known the cat for 16 years, asked to have her euthanized to alleviate her suffering, we were treated as if we just wanted to get rid of her. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this practice. We are angry and disappointed that the cat had to suffer at the end instead of passing away peacefully when we had the chance. We don't care about the money spent on the unnecessary examination; the animal deserved a different end after all those years.

A top-notch team that, in my personal opinion, does excellent work and, above all, treats both the animal and its owner with great care and affection. Everything that was planned was explained to me, a layperson, with loving patience. I am very impressed with the value for money. The veterinarians and the entire team who work at this group practice are very friendly. I always feel my cats are in good hands.

I came across this practice as an emergency case with my dog. We got an appointment immediately, and after a thorough examination, a uterine infection was diagnosed. We were offered surgery the very next day. Everything went very smoothly. The whole team is very friendly and took excellent care of our little girl. Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment!
