I used to go to her all the time when I had my cat. She was always so sweet and caring, always taking so much time with him. Thanks to her, he still had beautiful teeth even at 19. He was once very sick, and she was always there for us. She made him healthy again. For me, she was always the best. Thank you so much, Ms. Fötschl.

A very nice and polite lady. She is truly very dedicated and takes 24 hours a day to ensure the animals' well-being. I believe her motto is: "Animals first, then people." Not only the animals but also the people feel very comfortable here.
