Great animal doc! Really nice persons there and friendly to your pet
Absolutely outrageous. I took my 11-year-old dog there for arthritis. They needed to x-ray him and gave him "sedatives." After the medication took effect, they took him to a separate room for the x-ray. Unfortunately, I didn't think much of it. When they brought my dog back to me after 10 minutes, he was emotionally broken. Aside from the medication, which left him completely out of it for about a day, his will to live was broken. He just sat there with his head down for three days, refusing to eat, play, or go for walks. I've had him for almost 12 years and have never seen him so sad. Unbelievable—what happened in those 10 minutes? My dog isn't used to violence or anything like that, and he was severely traumatized after this experience. It took a lot of love and care to bring him back to life in his familiar home. Unfortunately, he hasn't wanted to go to the vet since this experience. I really cannot recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone. It's outrageous to treat a nearly 12-year-old dog like that. No heart, just a rip-off 🤬
Highly competent, friendly, and pleasantly responsive within reason. Despite my lateness, there were no problems or annoyed looks. A reliable diagnosis was available within an hour. My dog had blood drawn, analyzed on-site, and then the ultrasound was precisely targeted to the right area. Yes, you might find cheaper options elsewhere – but I doubt we would have felt as well cared for there. I can wholeheartedly recommend this center. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team.
A highly competent and dedicated team that puts their heart and soul into their work... When I received a bad diagnosis for my 3 1/2-year-old sports enthusiast (suspected cauda equina syndrome with a likely strict ban on sports), I was able to get an appointment very quickly... The existing medical records were reviewed, and after a consultation, the examinations were repeated. I was then given a detailed explanation of the results. Thankfully, the initially alarming diagnosis was refuted, and my boy received tailored support during two appointments... Now it's one more week of strict rest for us, and then Bacary can slowly return to his beloved training... Until then, we'll stick to gentle playtime... Finally, I would like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your help. I will continue to recommend you. Best regards, Bacary and Christina
Absolutely outrageous! I brought a stray cat to the vet's office and just wanted to know if she was okay, how old she was, and why her tail was bent. €185 for a blood test, and to this day I haven't heard anything about the blood sample. The costs were €1200 and up because a root canal might be necessary. After I left the practice, I received a call later telling me I was a bad cat owner and couldn't let it go. I then went to Dr. Erntner in Judendorf-Straßengel. She told me that a root canal wasn't necessary for a cat, removed all her teeth, gave me pain medication to take home, the cat an antibiotic, and charged me only €195 for everything!! It's outrageous to charge almost as much for zero information as you would elsewhere for a complete dental operation. Absolutely not recommended.
