Tierarztpraxis Gösting - Dr. Sabine LUKAS

I've been a patient of Dr. Lukas with my Maltese, Sancho, since last year. We're both very satisfied. Appointments are also very easy to get. She's very good with animals, but also with people. We highly recommend her.

Rude, unfriendly reception, discriminatory because of a foreign passport, unable to administer a contraceptive injection, not recommended. If you can't be reached by phone, you can send a message—where's the language barrier? The accompanying person speaks perfect German. It's certainly understandable and not a problem if the medication isn't available. But the employee's behavior was arrogantly discriminatory, making fun of the foreign dog passport and laughing stupidly. If I had been present, I would have called the police; it would have been the best kind of publicity. Regards

Dr. Lukas is very kind and takes his time with each individual patient! You can always get an appointment quite quickly, even spontaneously. I called on Saturday and was able to come in that morning with my cat Momo, and I'm so grateful that she's in Graz. I couldn't imagine a better veterinarian than her and will gladly bring my cats and dogs back again and again.
