Over the past three years, I've taken my dog ​​to several veterinarians, and I just wanted to say how comfortable and well cared for we feel at Dr. Franziska Conrad's small animal practice in Eimsbüttel. Not only Dr. Conrad herself, but the entire team is always incredibly friendly, empathetic, and professional. You can tell that they truly take their time and treat both people and animals with respect. Even at reception, you're always warmly welcomed and assisted. My dog ​​is remarkably relaxed and content there, and that often speaks volumes. Everything is exceptionally well-organized, and that's something that deserves recognition. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The veterinarian who euthanized my cat Rodrigo came all the way from the busy center of Hamburg during her lunch break. Rodrigo was treated with the utmost care, calm, and empathy, and died completely stress-free in my arms. Sadly, this is far from the norm these days. In early 2026, my cat (14 years old) became ill, and I went to the Eimsbüttel Small Animal Clinic because I had heard that Dr. Conrad had been running the practice there for several years. It turned out to be more serious than I had expected… The surgery and treatment were very successful, and Dr. Conrad's empathy and expertise are simply wonderful – thank you!
