After much deliberation and searching, we chose this practice because even the initial phone contact was outstanding. We had our dog operated on (mammary tumor and a large lipoma on her front armpit). From the very first examination, we were absolutely impressed by the team, the veterinarian, and the impeccably clean and very well-equipped practice. The consultation (including all risks), preventative care, surgery, and aftercare, including valuable tips, were excellent and completely trustworthy. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. It was our first time there with our two rabbits – we made an appointment by phone beforehand. And we drove home absolutely delighted. Our rabbits were greeted by a friendly, competent team of women with big hearts and gentle hands. And they were good listeners, too. Three of our family members have already had successful treatment/operations here (two cats and one rabbit). I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! The staff is friendly and empathetic, waiting times are minimal thanks to the appointment system, and they also try to quickly integrate and handle emergencies. The prices are also reasonable!
