I was connected via the emergency animal hotline. After a brief description of the situation, I was told to bring the cat in for cancer or poisoning, which would cost €50 upfront, and that there was nothing they could do. Then they simply hung up. I finally reached a vet who was off duty and told me to come in, even though it was 8:30 pm. He spent over an hour with the cat. After more than an hour of treatment and administering medication, I was able to pick her up the next day, feeling much better. If you don't enjoy your job, you should do something else and not offer on-call services. I haven't experienced such poor and unfriendly service in a long time; even one star is too much.

A competent veterinarian! We had our cat spayed here and are extremely satisfied. There was hardly any waiting time and the price-performance ratio was excellent. We are especially grateful that we were able to see our cat at short notice when she suddenly became ill. She received two medications and improved noticeably day by day. We feel very well cared for here and will gladly return. Highly recommended! 🐾💛

Dog presented with early-stage cataracts. The recommendation was either to do nothing ("it's just old age") or surgery. Currently, the dog is being treated with eye drops, which have worked for years and are used daily. These drops were not recommended by the veterinarian, nor was the veterinarian able to explain their use. This is the minimum standard of care for this condition. While the consultation was inexpensive, the information provided was incomplete and unsatisfactory.
