I visited this practice with my little furry friend today for the first time, and we immediately felt at ease. I've never experienced such loving care for my dog before. I can definitely recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.
I'm very impressed. They helped me through a difficult situation with my cat. Many vets were involved, but I have the best feeling about them that they'll be able to help him through without surgery, hopefully. Even though I hadn't been to them before with my cat, as he's at the Thalerhof veterinary clinic and has serious complications with crystals in his bladder, they gave me excellent advice, contacted the clinic, and wanted to do everything possible. I'm very impressed with the practice and can highly recommend them. They're friendly, helpful, and very professional. Thank you for everything! 🙏
We were turned away with our sick cat. They only treat regular patients. I was told on the phone to contact other vets in the area... I was speechless! I've never experienced anything like this in my 35 years as a pet owner! I generally never write bad reviews because it's not my style to speak negatively about something. But in this case... I wish the practice all the best for the future and hope they can continue to arrogantly choose their patients...
