Kleintierpraxis in Fritzlar

I took my 12-year-old male dog to this woman's emergency vet on December 25th for gastroenteritis. The woman seemed very rude and stressed. She handled my anxious dog very roughly, lifting him onto the table by his collar and muzzle, even though I explained he had a collapsed trachea. This woman didn't seem to care; all she cared about was getting paid. I don't understand the positive reviews; I think she just picks her favorite patients and treats everyone else roughly.

This is our trusted veterinary practice. The medical, professional, and personal service of the entire team is outstanding. We highly recommend them. Thank you for being there.

Fantastic practice! The vets and assistants are incredibly empathetic (I have a fearful dog), patient, and incredibly kind! No "assembly line" approach here; they really take their time with each animal! Thank you so much!

Our dog has always gone there. We gladly accept the longer drive because the animals are very well cared for and they aren't greedy.
