They treated my dog with exceptional care and affection. He happily goes to the practice, even though he's already had surgery there.
One star is still too much for a veterinary practice that turns away regular customers with emergencies on Friday afternoons, claiming they only accept patients with appointments. But it's difficult to make an appointment in an emergency. My cat was then treated at another veterinarian in Bergheim. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It makes me wonder if this isn't the right profession for them? Never again will I go to this practice. Absolutely not recommended!!!
Very friendly and helpful. No fixed consultation hours at the moment. Appointments are possible. Animals that are afraid do not need to be examined.
