One star is still too many for a veterinary practice that refuses regular customers with emergency appointments on Friday afternoons, claiming they only accept patients with appointments. It's difficult to make an appointment in an emergency. My cat was then treated by another veterinarian in Bergheim. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It makes me wonder if they've failed in their profession? Never again from this practice. Absolutely not recommended!!!
Best team ever... So friendly and knowledgeable... And in my experience, incredibly affordable... I'll definitely be back.
