Five stars aren't enough. I've never felt so taken seriously in a veterinary practice as I did there. With immense patience and understanding, we were supported with our suddenly critically ill dog right up to the very end. From reception to the veterinarians, everyone was always incredibly friendly and attentive. A huge thank you to the entire team!

I took my 13-year-old village cat there for a haircut and dental check-up! Well, they did a blood test and, surprisingly, discovered that an old village cat doesn't have a strong heart anymore and that he would need further examinations before being sedated, incurring even more costs! Life is dangerous, and I had to sign a consent form at the time of drop-off, acknowledging that he might not survive such an ordeal! Now I've taken home an untreated cat with a dental splint and am €225 wiser! Incidentally, that's the cost of a blood test that other vets charge €80-110 for!! If you enjoy taking your pet back and forth multiple times and don't care about money, then go there! I also don't think I would have gotten by with the €350 they quoted me for the blood test, anesthesia, dental treatment, and shaving of his matted fur! I think they forgot they're in a village in northern Hesse! Take him to another veterinarian so he can get the help he needs!

The animal is in good hands here, and what I particularly appreciate is the empathetic way they treat both animals and people. Thank you.
