We had to take our cat to this veterinary practice's emergency service and are completely satisfied. We received expert advice over the phone and were able to come in quickly. We were seen without a long wait. The veterinarian took excellent care of our cat, being very empathetic and professional. We were given clear and comprehensive information about the treatment and the prescribed medications. Our cat is now doing much better. A highly recommended practice – as a pet owner, you feel well cared for here.

Our cat went to the vet for a haircut. Two days later, he developed an intestinal blockage, which the vet claimed to have resolved. She administered a sedative that was unsuitable for our cat. The cat's condition deteriorated within a few days of the visit, and he had to be treated by another veterinary practice. The diagnosis: a deficiency of red blood cells. He was euthanized three days later. Veterinarian Hoffmann is not responding to emails or WhatsApp messages attempting to clarify the situation!
