We were always satisfied before, but the pricing has become so outrageous that we've switched vets. And yes, of course there's a fee schedule, but they shouldn't automatically charge double (!!!). A cost estimate before surgery is standard practice for humans, too. But for animals, they preach a "we'll do what's necessary, and if it costs €2,000, the owner has to pay" mentality. Animals are expensive, they're a luxury, but with this kind of attitude, it's no wonder animal shelters are overflowing.

Make an appointment by phone beforehand. The veterinarians are very competent, sometimes a little too quick to be honest (as was the case when my pet had to be euthanized), but then they were pleasant. I can recommend Ms. Wrasse.

A really great practice. The doctor is very nice, and the team is also wonderful. Appointments are kept. No waiting times. Our Alice was always treated gently. You always get answers to additional questions. Thank you, you're great!
