Reviews
Highly recommended! A very empathetic and competent veterinarian/osteopath. She is always ready to help and has a very gentle way of handling animals. I also really like the concept of her practice. There's no waiting time with other animals in a waiting room, and the treatment room is quiet and free of background noise. I took my cat there for osteopathy, and she was noticeably more relaxed than at our regular vet! Thank you so much!
Dr. Wegeler is very empathetic and passionate about her work. Her primary concern is the animal's well-being, not making as much money as possible. She has always been there for me and my 14.5-year-old cat, who quickly became a "care case," offering advice and support. She explains everything very clearly, takes her time, and points out potential complications without dramatizing them. Without Dr. Wegeler and her advice, my cat would never have had the chance to live today. And despite her disability, my cat enjoys life immensely!
My dog has been under Dr. Wegeler's care for over five years. He has IBD, allergies, and a few other issues. She primarily works with naturopathy, but she also offers basic care, such as lab tests, vaccinations, etc. Dr. Wegeler's approach is holistic. She always has new ideas; you can practically see her thinking. She calmly explains and suggests treatment approaches, but she always leaves it up to the owner to decide what they can implement and achieve. She is a very good osteopath, and we regularly go for acupuncture. My dog loves it; he enters the treatment room completely unafraid and visibly enjoys it (see photo). I couldn't wish for a better doctor for my dog. She is very empathetic towards both the animal and its owner, but also expresses her opinion. Over the years, we have worked together in a very collaborative manner, and despite his illness, thanks to Dr. Wegeler, my dog is often doing very well.
Dr. Wegeler finds ways to help even the most difficult patients. My three cats are in excellent hands there. I highly recommend him, especially in cases where conventional medicine alone isn't enough.
A truly wonderful veterinarian! We were initially being treated at a large clinic because our cat needed emergency surgery. Since the clinic was almost impossible to reach after the procedure, we eventually turned to Dr. Wegeler in desperation. She gave us wonderful advice and guided us through this difficult time. You can tell that the animals' well-being is very important to her and that she is passionate about her work. She even came to our home to remove the stitches, and my cat was completely relaxed. Unfortunately, major procedures aren't possible at the practice, but we will gladly come here for everything else! Thank you so much, also on behalf of Penny! 😻
